Rebecca Dashevsky is a Senior Associate at Eldridge. Previously, Mrs. Dashevsky was Director of Data Engineering at Gen II Fund Services, where her responsibilities included owning and building the firm’s operational data strategy and analytics infrastructure across finance, HR, and business operations. Prior to Gen II, she was a Data Engineer at David Yurman, where she was a member of the organization’s first data management team and built data enablement for marketing and supply chain operations. She began her career at Bain Capital, holding roles across data science and analytics in support of private equity deal teams and the firm’s data warehousing function. Mrs. Dashevsky received her B.S. in a combined major in Data Science and Mathematics from the Khoury College of Computer Science at Northeastern University.
